We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require registered attendees to cancel their participation. Refunds will be provided as per the following schedule:
Full refund until 30th June 2026
75% refund until 31st August 2026
50% refund until 30th September 2026
No refunds for cancellations made on or after 1st October 2026
Refund applications must be submitted only via email, and all refunds will be processed after the conference.
All refunds will be processed 30 days after the completion of the conference.
Conference registration is mandatory to attend the workshop
Postgraduate students are required to submit a letter from their HOD.
Registration cannot be transferred to any other person.
The organizers are not responsible for any communication delays caused by incomplete or inaccurately filled registration forms.
